Tubsailor is created by Henk Lubbe.
Its purpose is to help coders, teachers, and students in a variety of ways.
The first webpage that helps in coding is the CAD that produces Java code. This program provided the a blue print view of virtual objects. It also provide a 3D view of the object. The incomplete java code can then be downloaded and changed to become a game or simulation.
The plan is to have an HTML code provider, simulations to assist in learning to windsurf and games.
